With more than 20 years’ experience in plant-based eating, Ken Beller has done the taste-testing and research for you. Wherever you are in your journey to healthier eating, from avid meat-eater to long-time vegan, he can relate.

Born into a cattle ranching family, Ken ate a meat heavy diet for most of his life. Discovering the benefits of plant-based eating, he switched to a plant-based diet more than 20 years ago.
