Hi, I’m Ken Beller
Wherever you are in your journey to healthier eating, I can relate.
Born into a cattle ranching family, I ate a meat-heavy diet most of my life. When I discovered the benefits of a plant-based diet, I switched to it more than 20 years ago.
Blending my knack for research as an engineer, a certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University, and my love of good food, I try to make plant-based eating convenient and delicious.
That’s why I created this series for you! I wish there had been one like it when I started eating plant-based.
